Returns & Refunds
Support cases will be handled through these channels:
– Via our live chat located at the bottom right
The customer has 15 working days to request assistance/return/product replacement within which we guarantee coverage (subject to return/exchange authorization).
All return/exchange requests submitted after the above timeframes will be rejected and denied.
In any case, send a request to our customer service via the channels indicated by entering:
– name
- surname
– order reference
Our customer service will handle the request which will be evaluated and responded to as quickly as possible.
All return shipments sent without authorization will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged.
Refunds will be made, within the next 10 working days from receipt of the goods according to the same payment method used for the purchase, specifically:
The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); if this is not respected, 20% will be deducted from the requested refund.
– If you purchased cash on delivery (it will not be possible to make a financial refund) but a discount voucher of the same value as the refund will be given
– If you paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the payment;
– Paypal, the refund will be made through the same platforms;
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
• The Customer is required to return the goods after authorization from the customer service within 7 working days and communicate the tracking of the shipment;
• The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer, who will also be responsible for any problems during the shipping process. We recommend that customers send photos of the packaging via chat to the customer service to see how it will be shipped.
• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
• It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.);
• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
• In the event of damage to the goods during transport, yolybeauty.it will inform the Customer of the incident, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured).
• Yolybeauty.it is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
• Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

The seller cannot be held responsible in case of loss, address error or late delivery of the items being returned.
