Returns and Refunds

 

Support cases will be handled through these channels:

– Via our live chat located at the bottom right

The customer has 15 working days to request assistance/return/product replacement within which we guarantee coverage (subject to return/exchange authorization).

All return/exchange requests submitted after the above timeframes will be rejected and denied.

In any case, send a request to our customer service via the channels indicated by entering:

– name

- surname

– order reference

Our customer service team will handle your request, which will be evaluated and responded to as quickly as possible.

All returns sent without authorization will be returned to the sender and shipping costs will be charged.

Refunds will be made, within 10 working days of receiving the goods according to the same payment method used for the purchase, specifically:

The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a 20% deduction from the requested refund.

 – If you purchased cash on delivery (it will not be possible to make a financial refund) but a discount voucher of the same value as the refund will be issued

– If you paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the payment;

– Paypal, the refund will be made through the same platforms;

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• The Customer is required to return the goods after authorization from the customer service within 7 working days and communicate the tracking of the shipment;
• The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer, who will also be responsible for any problems during the shipment. We advise customers to send photos of the packaging via chat to the customer service to determine how it will be shipped.

• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
• It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.);
• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
• In the event of damage to the goods during transport, yolybeauty.it will inform the Customer of the incident, to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured).
• Yolybeauty.it is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
• Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

NOTE WELL

The seller cannot be held responsible in case of loss, incorrect address or late delivery of the returned items.

The Customer can request the return collection service via the courier associated with Yoly beauty .
In this case, a fixed cost of €6.00 ​​will be applied, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
