   By accessing our website and placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
   We endeavor to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are error-free. 
3. Orders and Payments
   All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 
4. Shipping & Delivery
   We are committed to shipping orders within 24/48 hours. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any issues encountered by the couriers during delivery. 
5. Returns and Refunds
   You have the right to return items within 15 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. 
6. Electronic Product Warranty
   All our electronic products, including hair dryers, straighteners and other devices for the care and aesthetics of the female body, are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
   The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that have not been caused by improper use or tampering.
   In the event of a malfunction or defect, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the defective product. To avail of the warranty, please contact our customer service providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem encountered. 
7. Limitation of Liability
   Yoly Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 
8. Changes to the Terms
   We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 
9. Applicable Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
